From birth to death we must find the purpose between

Release the tension and slow down
Open your heart so you can

It's always in the air but we miss it due to superimposed thinking
Whether past or future our minds are never really in the right thing
To be here and now, never... we are still outwardly seeking
That which we inwardly possess inside but yet we're still reaching
To love others as yourself is one of our father's true teachings
So take that log from your eye before you start up your preaching and
