In this country that I so much admire
Everyone is tense-- we all know
That in this moment in history there is so much sadness
In this country we have leaders
Who do whatever they want to maintain their power
And the consequences are that they suspend liberties
And the consequences are that thousands die.
We can’t continue like this
We all have to agree that those who stay silent are only protecting their power and it is our duty to break this silence that they find convenient.

And this ends here
We all have to agree
So many lies
So much sadness
So much injustice
And so much war
In this moment
In this country
It is time to decide
That we must speak
We must shout
We must vote
We must march
They only maintain this power if the People don’t say no
And this ends here
We all have to decide
That those who protect the silence
Are also guarding their control
And it is our duty to break this silence that they find convenient.
