Em seu novo clipe, Lolahol aparentemente quis prestar também uma homenagem a sua mãe, Madonna. Lourdes Maria lançou "Spelling", canção eletrônica que, mesmo dentro de um formato pop, não abre mão de seu lado mais experimental.
Tanto quanto a música, o seu vídeo chamou a atenção dos fãs, seja dela ou de sua mãe, por ele ter uma ambiência que lembra o de "Frozen" (1998), um dos mais marcantes da carreira de Madonna, ainda que, aqui, o clima esteja mais para o de filme de horror artístico.
A se julgar pelos comentários no YouTube, a aprovação, tanto do single, a reação está sendo bastante positiva ("Legal que ela esteja homenageando 'Frozen', de sua mãe", diz uma das postagens).
