A week full of weekends
ain't all there is to life
I still find there's quite a difference
between a girl friend and a wife

Will she mind setting up all night
with a baby daughter running a fever
Bathing her forhead hour after hour
and praying by the morning it'll leave her

Will she know the right words
for the grocier when her credits
no good any more

And will she expect the times
she'll feel like fourty
when she knows she's only 24

Can she choose between new shoes
