Help me remember that there was a time
When I knelt at the altar with tears in my eyes
When I looked around, You weren′t hard to find
And I could move mountains with the faith of a child

'Cause when You said You′d do it
I believed every single word You said
When I couldn't see through it
I'd just close my eyes and take Your hand
You′re not just a story or words on a page
I might be older, but You′re still the same
I've seen what You can do time after time
You′re still moving mountains with the faith of a child

Help me remember that there was a time
When church was the people, not stages and lines
So Lord, here I am with my hands lifted high
Still trying to move mountains with the faith of a child

'Cause when You said You′d do it
I believed every single word You said
When I couldn't see through it
I′d just close my eyes and take Your hand
You're not just a story or words on a page
I might be older, but You're still the same
I′ve seen what You can do time after time
You′re still moving mountains with the faith of a child
Yeah, with the faith of a child

And I know You got a plan and a promise
If it's not You, I don′t want it
If it's not You, I don′t want it
And I know You got a plan and a promise
If it's not You, I don′t want it
If it's not You, I don't want it

′Cause when You said You′d do it
I believed every single word You said
When I couldn't see through it
I′d just close my eyes and take Your hand
You're not just a story or words on a page
I might be older, but You′re still the same
I've seen what You can do time after time
You′re still moving mountains with the faith of a child
With the faith of a child
